Mellow Yellow

This is sure to get a lot of looks! This new, very yellow skirt has 3 teirs of a yellow flannel (VERY COMFY) fabric. I completely outer stitched this one so all the fraying shows, and the more you wear it the more it will fray. Features an elastic waistband for adjustability and comfort. Not a fan of the fraying? This skirt can actually be turned inside out and look the same but without the fraying. The fabric is quite warm so for those of us who like to wear skirts but don't want to freeze in the winter, this one is perfect!
