I had fun with this one ^.^
New shirt and little petticoat/tutu/skirt
I made the shirt from the best even stretchy purple and green fabric, outer serged in light green thread. The tutu is made from 3 mesh/tulle fabrics with a green elasticated band for lots of adjustability! ^.^ I love it ^.^
